Thank you for shopping with Mediaunlimited, LLC. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Because our products are made to order (custom-printed upon purchase), we can only accept returns in the following cases:

We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. Common reasons include:
 - Product damage during shipping
 - Manufacturing defects
 - Missing parts or components
 - Item not as described

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
 - Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preferences).
 - Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Return WIndow: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@mediaunlimited.us with:

  • Your order number,
  • A description of the issue, and
  • Photos showing the problem.

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, the customer has to send us the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. The customer has to pay for the return shipping
  • If a return is made without prior approval, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • Our policy is that we do not accept returns for non-defective products.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Refunds will cover the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Because our items are printed on demand, orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellation is not possible.

6. Policy Updates

Mediaunlimited, LLC. reserves the right to modify or update this return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements and ensure transparency.

Please note: Items outside these collections are not eligible for this promotional discount.

Skateboards Return Policy

Skateboards are manufactured of sheets of laminated wood and can break under stress. Skateboard decks are not warranted and cannot be completely guaranteed by the manufacturers. Therefore, Mediaunlimited, LLC. does not allow any returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks.

However, Mediaunlimited, LLC. will replace skateboard decks under the following circumstances:

Skateboard was printed incorrectly. If the skateboard received by the customer does not match the design preview on the website, the skateboard will be considered as printed incorrectly. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed since all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.
 - Skateboard deck is returned within 30 days of receipt
 - Skateboard is still in shrinkwrap and un-skated
 - Skateboard grip tape has not been applied
 - Skateboard trucks, bolts, or stickers have not been applied

In lieu of replacement Mediaunlimited, LLC., at its sole option, may refund the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 
If you need to return a product, please submit a request for Return to info@mediaunlimited.us.
Include the following details in your email: Order Number, Name, Your Email, Phone number, Description of Issue. Also Submit a couple of photos 
* Please do not remove the shrinkwrap to take these pictures. If damage occurred during shipping, we will also need pictures of the box and packaging in order to submit a damage claim with the shipping company.
Once the Return Request is submitted via email, please allow 1-2 business days for a response from us.
